Engage your main target customers
It’s not just about building your own personal brands or trying to make a name for yourselves, on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. You should be communicating your unique competitive advantage.
Determine your unique niche
Do you know your unique customer value proposition? If you don’t know this you will not win, but the underlying cause will be that you didn’t segment the market narrowly enough to come up with a unique niche.
Deliver more than expected
It goes without saying that you can’t build credibility and develop an outstanding reputation unless you exceed the expectations. Don’t over promise and under deliver.
