Yolanda Shields, Founder and Senior Consultant

Yolanda Shields global business consultant, advisor, and best-selling author. She has over 20 years of experience as a business leader and also does international workforce development and social entrepreneurship work in the continent of Africa and other 3rd World Countries. She is a much sought-after speaker and trainer in the area of business startup, entrepreneurship, nonprofit startup and sustainability, fund development, proposal writing, public/private partnerships, human capital management, career development, and social entrepreneurship/ B-Corp. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Africa.

She has been appointed by several Tennessee Governors the last being Bill Haslam to the Labor and Workforce Development Board for the State of Tennessee and Vice-Chair of the Oversight Committee. After moving to Virginia she joined the board of Shenandoah Community Capital Fund, Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Board, and GO Virginia Region 8 Council.  She has assisted many corporations in the areas of business operations, funding, talent development, human capital management, strategic planning, executive coaching/training, workforce development pipeline, business operations, and celebrity charity management, and public/private partnerships. She is also currently a mentor/coach at the Tony Elumelu Foundation and Vanderbilt University Wond’ry Innovation Center and TheStartup.com.

Yolanda’s first book released in September 2013 which included a 10 city tour across the United States, France, and the continent of Africa where she shared her inspirational book dedicated to “Mothers & Son’s” – “Letters to Our Sons.” Her 2nd Book focused on Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy released in February 2016. “Entrepreneurship is a MindSet not a Storefront”.  Her 3rd book Entrepreneur Prayer Journal released in 2019.  Huffington Post Contributor

Kamran Gill

KAMRAN GILL, SENIOR CONSULTANT

In 1994, Kamran joined The Salvation Army Pakistan as part of the Community Development team as he had a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Punjab University. He worked for 18 years and ran many community development programs. He also helped to bring financial and social revival in the community without any discrimination of creed, sex, and religion. He is a certified micro-entrepreneurship trainer from National Center of Rural Development, Government of Pakistan and Certified Master Trainer by The Salvation Army Pakistan.

He has been involved in counseling and teaching from all around the world in such countries as India, Dubai, Pakistan, England, Switzerland, South Africa, USA, and Canada. He currently resides in USA Woodstock Virginia with his family.

Tamara Fyke, Educational Consultant

Creative entrepreneur with a passion for kids, families, and urban communities, and is the creator, author, and brand manager for Love In A Big World. In her early days, Tamara worked as a substitute teacher in Tamara received her master’s degree in education from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development and worked at Vanderbilt’s Center for Safe & Supportive Schools providing professional development, coaching, and consulting for principals and teachers for issues related to safety and climate.

Aaron Yusef Johnson, Business Consultant

Hailing from Chicago, IL, Aaron Yusef Johnson can be found helping people build things all over the city of Nashville while listening to audiobooks in-between meetings. With over 10,000 hours in the field as a boutique strategy and brand consultant, he is called on to work in specific projects ranging from hi-level governmental to beginning non-profits primarily in Nashville and Chicago. As an organizational development consultant, I work in coordination with the YESBuilds team in the areas of social entrepreneurship, non-profit sustainability, and project management and evaluation. My key area of focus is international non-profit work, evaluating the practical and spiritual impact of organizations and how they might increase their influence and sustainability.
